Rights from Defective Performance (Complaints)
- The seller guarantees to the buyer that the goods have no defects upon receipt. In particular, the seller guarantees that at the time of receipt:
- the goods have the properties agreed upon by both parties,
- the goods are suitable for the purpose specified by the seller,
- the quality or workmanship corresponds to the agreed sample,
- the goods are in the correct quantity, size, or weight,
- the goods comply with legal requirements.

- replacement with other goods,
- repair of the goods,
- a reasonable discount on the purchase price,
- withdrawal from the contract.

- in case of multiple defects.
